We’re welcoming back local author Jodé Millman for a discussion her Queen City Crimes series!
Her novels have been described as “dark, dangerous and deviously suspenseful,” “witty, smart and entertaining,” and “intriguing.” Jodé Millman is the top notch author of the legal thriller series Queen City Crimes and we’re thrilled to welcome her back to help celebrate the release of the second book in the series Hooker Avenue.
Jodé draws upon her experiences as an attorney to add an extra dose of realism to these legal thrillers, which follow the exploits of series heroine Jessie Martin, a criminal-defense attorney who first appeared in The Midnight Call. The first book is available through the Blackstone Library, but even if you haven’t read the series you’re sure to enjoy this virtual visit from a talented local author!
