We’ve all had days when we can’t even. But anxiety, stress & depression are more than just being in a bad mood–they’re real health struggles that can impact you both mentally & physically. Whether you need a place to talk it out or just a place to unwind, drop-in any time between 3:30-4:30pm for a relaxation craft, meditation & other activities with Miss Sarah & Maggy Trapasso, LSCW from Branford Counseling & Community Services. The craft is open to all teens; Maggy will be available to provide information and answer any questions you might have.  This is a stress-free zone, so no signup is required, drop-ins welcome. Consider joining our Junior Teen Advisory Group! This small counsel of dedicated volunteers in grades 5-8 provide book reviews, vote on books to purchase & more. Gaming as a group, sounds good to me! Join our gaming club where you can meet a bunch of middle school peeps to decompress, connect and laugh. Each month we will meet in-person to play a combination of multiplayer games that call for strategy, teamwork and plain old fun!
