The adult collections can be browsed without an appointment.
Computers are available in the computer lab for one hour sessions during library hours, no appointment necessary.
Face coverings are still required in the library when visiting the Children’s Department and for those individuals who are unvaccinated.
The Blackstone Library is currently open regular hours, Monday – Thursday 9 am – 8 pm and Friday & Saturday 9 am – 5 pm.
Teen and Children’s shelves – We are asking that you make an appointment to browse the Teen and Children’s Collections. Please limit your visit to 15 minutes. Call 203-488-1441 x 321 to book a time slot.
Computer Lab – One-hour sessions for access to MS Office and the internet will be available during library hours. Scanner, copier, and printer are also available in the Computer Lab. In order to limit exposure, sessions are limited to one per day.
Teen & Children’s Computers – One-hour sessions will be available during library hours. Please call 203-488-1441 x 321 to check availability. In order to limit exposure, sessions are limited to one per day.
Reading Room – The reading room is available for reading magazines and newspapers or quiet study. Please call Reference at 203-488-1441 x 318 to make an appointment if you would like to use one of the two study tables.
Contactless pickup of library materials is always available, including books, movies, and specialty items.
Print-from-home If you simply need to print a document, you can now upload the file online for printing and pick-up when ready.
