Please bring a health insurance card and photo ID if you have them, but it is not necessary to have health insurance or ID to receive the vaccine. No one will be turned away for lack of insurance or ID.
A follow up clinic for the second vaccine dose will be held on Tuesday, September 27th from 2-6pm.
Looking for a vaccine clinic for ages 12+? An adult (ages 12+) vaccine clinic will be offered on Friday, September 9th from 12-4pm with a follow up clinic for second doses on Friday, September 30th from 12-4pm.
