Please bring a health insurance card and photo ID if you have them, but it is not necessary to have health insurance or ID to receive the vaccine. No one will be turned away for lack of insurance or ID.
A follow up clinic for the second vaccine dose will be held on Friday, September 30th from 12-4pm.
Looking for a pediatric (ages 6 months to 11 years) vaccine clinic? A pediatric vaccine clinic will be offered on Tuesday, September 6th from 2-6pm with a follow up clinic for second doses on Tuesday, September 27th from 2-6pm.
