Registration for this activity is not required but pick up will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please know that the kits will be marked for pick-up in the library’s vestibule and that you will be required to wear a mask when you enter the building.
No-contact pick up times are between 10AM-12PM and 2PM – 5PM.

Our hope is that you can take these kits and use them as a family when you are drumming your fingers wondering what to do.

Bored? Looking for something to do? Drop by the library on your early release day to pick up a mystery bag activity—just take it & make it! Each month will be a different activity. What will you get? Who knows! It could be a craft you keep… or an edible craft you eat! We’ll post a video of instructions on our Facebook page. Reply with your awesome creations! Bags available while supplies last during no-contact pickup hours, 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm. No registration required, but don’t forget your mask!

Latin II is best suited for those who have completed at least a level I Latin course and are familiar with basic vocabulary and grammar, such as the five declensions, six cases, regular and irregular verbs, and all six verb tenses in the active voice of the indicative mood. This group learning experience will use the textbook Ecce Romani II. A textbook will be provided for each student. In addition to the lessons in the text, Latin mottoes such as Lux et veritas and Qui transtulit sustinet will be featured weekly.

Join us for a weekly knitting group! Meetings are every Wednesday in the Blackstone Library Conference Room. Beginners and experienced knitters are welcome to drop in any time between 6:00 and 8:00pm.
