Book Wars

Book Wars is a fun way to challenge your friends and see what you know. Sign up for Book Wars, read some books, participate in summer events, and join us for the BOOK WARS CHALLENGE at the end of the summer. It’ll be a fun party with trivia and prizes. The titles listed below can be placed on hold from home OR we will have a labeled shelf in the teen area for easy access.

  1. Head to the Youth Services desk to signup & receive a copy of the Book Wars list.
  2. Read (at least) 5 of the 15 listed books.
  3. Attend summer events, like: Learning Labs, Engineering Programs, etc. & earn  points towards your Book Wars team.
  4. Come to the Book Wars Challenge party at the end of summer reading to answer trivia questions, eat, converse and have fun. Team with the most points WINS!!!
